Refunds and Returns
COLLECTION POLICY
The Dance Connection offer a collection only policy.
When your order is in stock you will notified by a member of our team or it will be handed to yourself/your child at the beginning or end of class.
Due to Covid- 19 pupils will be given orders to take home and try on, as we are unable to allow anyone into The Dance Connection Shop and staff cannot fit shoes due to social distancing.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Dance Connection offers a 28 day returns + exchange policy.
However, we cannot accept items that have been worn unless a fault displays itself.
We are also unable to accept tights, underwear, masks and hair accessories that have been opened.
Due to Covid- 19 if an item is unsuitable it will be quarantined for 72 hours before being returned to our shops shelves.
