THE IMPORTANCE OF UNIFORM
Ballet has been around since the 15th century! This means it has lots of traditions, The Dance Connection works hard to preserve these traditions and related disciplines.
It is important that dancers wear garments that are made with lightweight, breathable, stretchy fabrics which provide dancers with comfort and freedom of movement.
Wearing a set uniform ensures ensure everyone looks uniform and put together as a group. They allow the teacher to focus on your technique. They teach dancers to be responsible for their belongings, take pride in their personal presentation and ensure they are organised - life skills!
